Control and signaling devices EFSC – EFDC is intended to be used in those environments where an explosive atmosphere of high level of protection (Gb and/or Db) is likely to occur (mix of air and inflammable substances in the form of gas, vapours, fogs (group IIB or IIC) and/or mixtures of air and combustible dusts (group IIIC)).
The Control and signaling units of this series have a body and one or more covers made of copper-free aluminium alloy on which are mounted one or more operators of different type. The cover of EFSC-EFDC series is secured to the body by hexagon socket head cap screws (TCEI UNI5931-ISO4762) minimum quality A2-70. This type of fixing facilitates the installation and maintenance of internal parts.
